Khadija Moore is an Organizational Development Strategist & Leader with a wealth of diverse experience and demonstrable achievements working across industries like Finance, Luxury Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail & Management Consulting. She has had the privilege of practicing Organizational Development globally, including North & Latin America, UK & Europe, Asia-Pacific and Caribbean regions. 

Empowering people and driving business performance, her track record speaks to business transformation, strategy and leadership development, innovation and organizational effectiveness. 

Khadija's work has been recognized globally and she is an award-winning thought-leader in her field. She gives back to the profession as a writer for industry publications, a featured speaker at conferences and board director. 

Currently completing her Executive MBA at Cambridge University's Judge Business School, Khadija holds numerous certifications in Talent Development, Coaching, Leadership Development and Change Management.
