Who Is Our Founder?

Khadija Moore is an enterprise Human Capital and Organizational Effectiveness executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation across complex, multi-billion-dollar, multi-market organizations spanning retail, consumer finance, manufacturing, luxury hospitality, and technology. With experience across 30+ countries in North and Latin America, United Kingdom and Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Caribbean, she is recognized for architecting people and operating model strategies that enhance enterprise performance, leadership capacity, and long-term organizational resilience.

Her work spans organizations including Unicomer Group, Gildan Activewear, and Microsoft, where she has led strategy, workforce, leadership and transformation initiatives at scale. Khadija has progressed hundreds of leaders through structured capability-building and executive coaching and enabled the strategic deployment of nine-figure workforce budgets, delivering material cost efficiencies while reinvesting in future-critical capabilities. She has also contributed to enterprise transformation across a 50,000+ employee global workforce, driving productivity gains, leadership effectiveness, and execution readiness.

Khadija holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and multiple professional certifications in leadership assessment, coaching, change management, and talent development. She is globally recognized for her work and impact as a Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness leader, and serves as a writer, speaker, and board director.
